BSR TZ 350 Frame. 2009

The 2008/9 BSR TZ350 frame is based directly on the standard 1980 350G frame and for the moment at least, shares the same geometry and dimensions as the original. Alternatives to this geometry can be implemented to customer preference and testing on a slightly revised version will be carried out during the 2009 ICGP season. Though we'd recommend sticking to the tried and tested formula!(See also the BSR Swingarm with adjustable ride height)

The frames are hand crafted in T45 tubing and brazed for greater resistance to the stresses of vibration. All the tubing, brackets and gussets are laser cut for perfect alignment and accuracy. Headstock taper roller bearings fitted.
The engine mounting bolt hardware is from EN24t steel and the frame is also sold with two types of Genuine Yamaha mounting dampers.
This beautiful frame has been initially designed and built with strength and reliability being the foremost consideration, though it is half a kilo lighter than the original. Lighter weight frames can be built to order.

The frame is sold without paint and fairing brackets. Both of which can be added if required.
