Specification and work been carried out.
Frame stripped to bare metal, no cracks or damage found,etch primed and wet two pack painted and baked. Swing arm hand cleaned and checked, all was found to be in good order,finally hand polished to finish, Brakes front new Protec caliper, new Grimeca master cylinder and Goodridge hose, rear rebuilt original master cylinder, new Brembo caliper and goodridge hose. Front forks genuine forks with little use, stripped cleaned out and inspected found to be in good order, fitted new seals and oil with new wheel spindle, Rear suspension unit is original Yamaha, Wheels are Astralite in Black anodise finish and are in good order and dont leak air. Engine completley stripped down, Gearbox new big main bearings smaller bearings inspected and cleaned and checked, all gears checked all dogs and teeth are in good order, reshimmed gears, fitted new gear shift spring, water pump stripped fitted new bearing and seals, crank new Yamaha rods with larger and stronger little end bearing with Yamaha big end bearing,Crank pins was found to be in good order and pointless to replace and disturb the fly wheel by pressing it out., Top end H H cylinders been re sealed for .97 pistons, Wossner pistons 181.4 grams with pin and ring. Expansion chambers made by Rob Hall. Ignition by Jean Paul Mestre.Plus many new parts wide radiator, Skitsu tacho, front dash/fairing support and dash board, alloy cilp ons with removable handle bar tubes.the list goes on.
I, Nigel Palmer have built this is if i was going to race it, I can set it up for accordigly for the next owner.

As with all race bikes before purchasing i recommend you come and view and inspect it for your self as i can't warrant a race bike for obvious reasons.
